Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All products sold through the New Leaf marketplace — including mock tests, study materials, and assessment packages — are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
2. Exceptions
We may issue a refund or credit in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: If a platform error prevents you from accessing your purchased content and our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate purchase: If you are charged more than once for the same product due to a payment processing error.
- Unauthorized transaction: If a purchase was made without your authorization, subject to verification.
3. Refund Request Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase date. Requests made after this window will not be considered.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your registered email address
- Product name and purchase date
- Reason for the refund request with any supporting details or screenshots
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase or partial use of the product
- Failure to complete an assessment within the allotted time
- Issues caused by your device, browser, or internet connection
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
